Delete your Acomply account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Acomply account and its associated data, what information we delete, and what we must keep for legal reasons. It applies both to the owners and teams of businesses that use Acomply and to customers who booked through the platform.

How to request account deletion

Email us at hola@acomply.co from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Include your business name (or, if you are a customer, the business you booked with and your WhatsApp number) so we can identify you.

  1. Send your request email to hola@acomply.co.
  2. We confirm your identity by replying to that same email.
  3. We delete your account and personal data within 30 days at most, and notify you when it is done.

What data is deleted

  • Your account email, name and role.
  • Business configuration: services, prices, products and commissions.
  • Any business photos you uploaded.
  • Customers, bookings and full appointment history.
  • Reviews and ratings.
  • Conversations with the WhatsApp assistant.
  • Photos uploaded to the look simulator.

What we keep, and for how long

For legal or accounting reasons we cannot immediately delete the following. It is removed automatically once its retention period ends:

  • Billing information: for the period required by Colombian tax law (at least 5 years).
  • Technical logs: up to 90 days.
